We are dedicated to empowering marginalized communities across Karnataka through sustainable livelihood programs, health initiatives, quality education, and community development.
Karnataka Regional Organization for Social Service (KROSS), established in the year 1983 is a non-profit and secular organization. With a tight-knit team of 14 collaborators, we passionately champion the cause of marginalized communities. We're more than providers of resources and education; we're advocates for change, empowering individuals to rewrite their stories. At KROSS, every success story fuels our commitment to nurturing growth and fostering a stronger, more inclusive community.
For over four decades, our hallmark has been the unwavering promotion of human dignity and equality. Our mandate is not optional but a duty to reach out to the marginalized, discriminated and exploited and those who face segregation based on caste, creed, race and gender.

To be a Quality Resource Organisation by engaging with development actors to facilitate accountability in upholding the dignity and rights of the most marginalized communities through Research, Knowledge Exchange, Capacity Enhancement and Collaborative Social Action to achieve Sustainable Development.
To actively participate in achieving the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in partnership with member-organizations, Sponsors, Government Departments and other like-minded NGOs, institutions and Individuals.
