Volunteers form an integral part of KROSS's grassroots outreach across Karnataka. This policy sets out the mutual expectations, Code of Conduct, and protection guidelines governing all volunteer placements, whether in community field projects, disaster response, or administrative support.
KROSS maintains a Zero-Tolerance Policy against any form of child abuse, harassment, discrimination, or exploitation. All volunteers must strictly adhere to the following principles:
Volunteer positions at KROSS are voluntary and unremunerated unless explicitly stated under specialized fellowship arrangements. KROSS provides field orientation, supervision, and official Certificates of Volunteering upon successful project completion.
