All donations made to Karnataka Regional Organization for Social Service (KROSS) are voluntary contributions intended for social welfare initiatives. As a rule, donations are non-refundable once successfully processed into our official accounts.
KROSS will evaluate refund requests under the following exceptional circumstances:

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment source (bank account / credit card) within 7 to 14 working days after approval. Note that bank processing charges or transaction fees may be deducted where applicable.
