Cluster level training on Gender Equality and Gender Justice was conducted at DKRDS, Belthangady on the 16th and 17th of July 2025. The sessions facilitated guided participants through key concepts such as understanding gender roles, recognizing systemic inequalities, and promoting gender justice within community and institutional frameworks.Participants engaged in interactive discussions and activities that focused on identifying unjust practices prevalent in their respective contexts. Trainers introduced practical tools and participatory techniques for conducting gender analysis, facilitating gender-sensitive planning, and integrating equity-focused approaches in organizational work.Participants actively shared insights from their grassroots experiences, raised thoughtful queries, and collaboratively developed localized strategies to advance gender justice. The training culminated in a collective expression of dedication to promoting inclusive, equitable, and gender-just communities across their regions.
