A two-day Cluster Level Training on Gender Equality and Gender Justice was held at ODP, Mysore on the 18th and 19th of July 2025. The training focused on enhancing understanding of gender equality principles and promoting justice-oriented approaches within organizations and communities.Facilitators led structured sessions covering critical areas such as gender norms, discriminatory practices, and the intersectionality of gender with other social factors. Tools for gender analysis, stakeholder mapping, and inclusive planning were shared with the participants to enable practical application in their local development programs.Participants actively participated through experience sharing, scenario-based exercises, and group reflections. They also identified contextual challenges and co-created action plans aimed at embedding gender justice into their work. The training concluded with a strong reaffirmation from all attendees to work towards building gender-responsive and socially just systems.
