Cluster-Level Training on Gender Equality and Justice was conducted on 10th and 11th February 2026 at BDDS, Ballari, with the participation of 36 members from three clusters. The two-day training aimed at strengthening the gender team and building their capacity to promote gender sensitivity, equality, and justice within their communities.The program included in-depth discussions, interactive sessions, and group activities designed to deepen participants’ understanding of gender issues, roles, and responsibilities. Special emphasis was placed on collective action, leadership, and advocacy to effectively address gender-based challenges and encourage inclusive and equitable practices at the community level.The training also provided a valuable platform for participants to share their experiences, learn from one another, and collaboratively develop practical strategies to integrate gender perspectives into their work, initiatives, and everyday engagement with the community.
