On 14th February 2025, a Cluster-Level Training on Safeguarding was successfully conducted at BDSSS, Dharwada. The training aimed to introduce participants to the fundamentals of safeguarding and emphasize its critical importance for organizations.The session began with an insightful overview of safeguarding, detailing what it entails and why it is vital for maintaining a safe environment for all stakeholders involved. Emphasis was placed on the various aspects of safeguarding, including preventing harm, creating protective measures, and responding effectively to incidents.To ensure an interactive learning experience, the participants were engaged in a small skit activity where they worked together to draft and perform scenarios showcasing the importance of safeguarding. This practical exercise helped reinforce key concepts in a real-life context and encouraged collaborative thinking among the participants.
