Cluster level training programme on Free Legal Aid Services was organized at JVSSS, Mandya on 9th and 10th October 2025. The training was designed to build awareness among women about their legal entitlements and the various mechanisms available to ensure access to justice.The sessions focused on topics such as the importance of legal literacy, rights of women under various laws, procedures for seeking legal aid, and the role of the District Legal Services Authority in supporting the poor and vulnerable.Through group activities, real-life case examples, and interactive discussions, participants were able to relate the concepts to their daily experiences. The sessions encouraged open dialogue and clarified common misconceptions about the legal system.The programme concluded with positive feedback from participants, who shared that the training had improved their confidence to seek justice and assist others in their communities.
