A Cluster-Level Training on Gender Equality and Justice was conducted on 12th and 13th February 2026 at MSSS, Badravathi, with the participation of 33 members representing four clusters. The two-day training focused on strengthening the cluster-level gender team and enhancing their capacity to promote gender sensitivity, equality, and justice within their respective communities. The sessions were thoughtfully structured to provide both conceptual clarity and practical insights on addressing gender-related concerns at the grassroots level. The program featured comprehensive discussions, interactive learning methods, case analyses, and group activities that enabled participants to critically reflect on gender roles, stereotypes, and systemic inequalities. Participants were encouraged to examine local realities and identify challenges that hinder the realization of gender justice. Special emphasis was given to fostering collective responsibility, effective leadership, and community-based advocacy to address gender-based discrimination and promote inclusive practices. The training also served as a dynamic platform for experience-sharing, peer learning, and collaborative planning.
