The Governing Body Meeting of the Karnataka Regional Organisation for Social Service (KROSS) was held on 03 June 2026 at Jyoti Vikas Social Service Society (JVSSS), Mandya. The meeting was presided over by Most Rev. Dr. Francis Serrao, President of KROSS. Rev. Dr. Joseph Susainathan, Vice President of KROSS; Rev. Fr. Richard Pais, Secretary/Treasurer; and all Governing Body members were present.The meeting commenced with an opening prayer led by Rev. Fr. Abraham Areeparambil (MSSS), followed by a welcome address delivered by Rev. Fr. Rajesh (BMSSS).Rev. Fr. Richard Pais, Secretary/Treasurer, presented the minutes of the previous Governing Body Meeting held on 19 February 2026. The minutes were reviewed by the members and approved unanimously.Subsequently, programme coordinators presented reports on various projects and initiatives implemented by KROSS. The presentations highlighted key activities undertaken during the reporting period, major achievements, challenges encountered, and progress made towards the attainment of programme objectives. The Governing Body members appreciated the dedication and efforts of the programme teams and offered valuable suggestions and guidance for strengthening programme implementation and enhancing overall impact.The meeting also included discussions on future plans, strategic priorities, organizational development initiatives, and measures to further strengthen the mission and services of KROSS.The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks proposed by Rev. Fr. Reginald Pinto (SAMPADA), who expressed gratitude to the President, Governing Body members, host organization, and all participants for their valuable contributions and continued support.The gathering ended on a positive note with a renewed commitment towards the mission and objectives of KROSS.
