An Organizational Development (OD) program was conducted at KROSS on 24th and 25th October 2024. The program aimed to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization by focusing on key areas such as leadership development, team building, communication, and strategic planning. The sessions provided valuable insights into enhancing operational performance and strengthening internal coordination. The program concluded with actionable recommendations to drive continuous growth and development at KROSS.
