A Review Meeting cum Capacity Building Program of the Women Empowerment Program was conducted from 21st to 23rd April 2026 at the KROSS Resource Centre, Bangalore. The first two days focused on review sessions, where animators and coordinators from 14 partner organizations presented their reports. Constructive feedback, comments, and suggestions were provided to strengthen the implementation and impact of the program. The third day was dedicated to capacity building, with sessions led by Fr. Francis Balraj. The training emphasized practical learning, where participants were divided into groups and engaged in discussions based on real-life case scenarios related to women’s empowerment. The program served as a valuable platform for reflection, learning, and enhancing the effectiveness of ongoing initiatives.
