A Safeguarding Training of Trainers (ToT) Program was conducted at KROSS from 10th to 13th February 2026, organized by Caritas India.The four-day intensive program aimed at strengthening the capacity of participants to effectively promote and implement safeguarding policies within their respective organizations and communities. The sessions focused on child protection, prevention of abuse and exploitation, creating safe environments, and understanding safeguarding frameworks and protocols.Through interactive discussions, case studies, and practical exercises, participants were equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to act as trainers and resource persons on safeguarding. The program reinforced the importance of accountability, ethical responsibility, and proactive measures in ensuring the dignity and safety of children and vulnerable individuals.
