On November 26th, 2024, a group of 32 MSW students from St. Xavier’s College, Pallyamkotai, visited KROSS as part of their curriculum to gain hands-on experience in an organizational setting. The students had the opportunity to learn about the operations, challenges, and impact of the organization. During the visit, they interacted with the team, observed various activities, and gained valuable insights into the social work field. This educational experience provided the students with a deeper understanding of real-world practices and the role of organizations like KROSS in community development.[/caption]
