As part of the Women Empowerment Programme, TLF (Taluk Level Federation) and DLF (District Level Federation) trainings were conducted across various partner organisations during the month of January. The trainings focused on strengthening federations, enhancing leadership skills, improving organisational capacity, and reinforcing participatory decision-making processes. Special emphasis was laid on the roles and responsibilities of federation members, financial management, governance practices, and collective action. These capacity-building initiatives have contributed to strengthening women-led federations, enabling them to function more effectively and play a proactive role in community development and empowerment.
