A four-day Training of Trainers (ToT) workshop was attended from 24th to 27th February 2026 by Mr. Rajasekar (WEP Coordinator) at the Indian Social Institute, Bangalore. The program focused on social analysis of Indian society, an overview and comparative study of the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA) and the proposed VB GRAM G Act 2025, as well as Social Audit standards across major government schemes. The sessions enhanced understanding of socio-economic disparities, government welfare provisions, and audit mechanisms under the guidance of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG) framework. The training has strengthened the organization’s capacity to create awareness among staff, SHGs, and community members on government schemes and accountability mechanisms.
