Zonal Level Training on Leadership and Strengthening of Federations was conducted at KROSS, Bangalore on 26th March 2026. The programme saw the active participation of 35 members representing various federations. The training focused on developing leadership capacities, enhancing coordination, and strengthening the functioning of federations. Key sessions included leadership building and group discussions, providing a platform for participants to share their experiences, address challenges, and collectively identify solutions. The training was highly interactive and participatory, enabling members to gain practical insights and strengthen their roles in ensuring the effective functioning and sustainability of their federations.
