A Zonal Level Training on “Strengthening of Federation” was conducted at SMSSS on 18th March 2026. The programme witnessed the participation of 40 members representing various taluk and district federations. The training focused on enhancing the capacity of federation members, strengthening leadership skills, and promoting effective coordination among different levels of federations. It provided a platform for participants to share experiences, discuss challenges, and explore strategies for better functioning of federations. The session was interactive and insightful, equipping the members with knowledge and skills to contribute more effectively towards the growth and sustainability of their respective federations.
